We operate the website http://www.flextrade.bg (the " Site "), as well as all other related products and services that reference or link to these legal terms (" Legal Terms ") (collectively, the " Services ").

These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you, whether an individual or on behalf of a legal entity (" You "), and FLEX LTD, regarding your access to and use of the Services. You agree that by accessing the Services you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all of these Legal Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND YOU MUST IMMEDIATELY DISCONTINUE USE.

Additional terms and conditions or documents that may be posted on the Services from time to time are expressly incorporated herein by reference. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Legal Terms from time to time. Your suggestions

Please review this section carefully before using our Services to understand (a) the rights you grant us and (b) the obligations you have when you post or upload any content through the Services.

3. CONSUMER VIEWS

  • Interfere with, disrupt, or impose an undue burden on the Services or networks or services connected to the Services.

  • Harass, annoy, intimidate or threaten any of our employees or agents engaged in providing any part of the Services to you.

  • Attempt to circumvent measures on the Services designed to prevent or restrict access to the Services or any part of the Services.

  • Copy or adapt the Services software, including, but not limited to, Flash, PHP, HTML, JavaScript or other code.

  • Unless permitted by applicable law, decipher, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer any software constituting or in any way constituting part of the Services.

  • Unless as a result of standard use of a search engine or Internet browser, use, launch, develop or distribute any automated system, including, but not limited to, any spider, robot, fraud utility, scraper or offline reader that accesses the Services, or uses or launches any unauthorized script or other software.

  • Use a purchasing agent or purchasing agent to make purchases on the Services.

  • Making unauthorized use of the Services, including collecting usernames and/or email addresses of users electronically or otherwise for the purpose of sending unsolicited emails or creating user accounts by automated means or under false pretenses.

5. CONTRIBUTIONS GENERATED BY USERS

The Services do not offer users the ability to submit or post content.   • Your Contributions are not unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, pyramid schemes, chain letters, spam, mass messaging, or other forms of solicitation.

  • Your Contributions are not obscene, indecent, lascivious, filthy, violent, harassing, defamatory, libelous or otherwise objectionable (as determined by us).

  • Your contributions do not mock, ridicule, belittle, intimidate, or insult anyone.

  • Your contributions are not used to harass or threaten (in the legal sense of those terms) another person or to promote violence against a specific person or class of people.

  • Your contributions do not violate any applicable laws, regulations, or rules.

  • Your Contributions do not violate the privacy or publicity rights of third parties.

  • Your Contributions do not violate applicable laws regarding child pornography or are otherwise intended to protect the health or well-being of minors.

  • Your contributions do not include offensive comments that are related to race, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, or physical disability.

  • Your Contributions do not otherwise violate or link to materials that violate the provisions of these Legal Terms or any applicable laws or regulations.

Any use of the Services in violation of the foregoing violates these Legal Terms and may result in, among other things, termination or suspension of your rights to use the Services.


6. LICENSE TO CONTRIBUTE

You and the Services agree that we may access, store, process and use any information and personal data you provide, following the terms of the Privacy Policy and your choices (including settings).

By submitting suggestions or other feedback regarding the Services, you agree that we may use and share such feedback for any purpose without compensation to you.

We do not claim any ownership of your Contributions. We allow advertisers to display their advertisements and other information in certain areas of the Services, such as sidebar ads or banner ads. We simply provide a space to place such advertisements and have no other relationship with the advertisers.


8. SERVICE MANAGEMENT

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to: (1) monitor the Services for violations of these Legal Terms; (2) take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates the law or these Legal Terms, including, but not limited to, reporting such user to law enforcement; (3) in our sole discretion and without limitation, refuse, restrict access to, limit availability of, or disable (to the extent technologically feasible) any of your Contributions or any portion thereof; (4) in our sole discretion and without limitation, notice or liability, remove from the Services or otherwise disable any files and content that are excessive in size or in any way burdensome to our systems; and (5) otherwise manage the Services in a manner designed to protect our rights and property and facilitate the proper operation of the Services.

10. TERM AND TERMINATION

These Legal Terms remain in full force and effect while you use the Services. WITHOUT LIMITING ANY OTHER PROVISION OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT, IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION AND WITHOUT NOTICE OR LIABILITY, TO DENY ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SERVICES (INCLUDING BLOCKING CERTAIN IP ADDRESSES) TO ANY PERSON FOR ANY REASON OR NO REASON, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, FOR BREACH OF ANY REPRESENTATION, WARRANTY OR AGREEMENT CONTAINED IN THESE LEGAL TERMS OR OF ANY APPLICABLE LAW OR REGULATION. WE MAY TERMINATE YOUR USE OF OR PARTICIPATION IN THE SERVICES OR DELETE ANY CONTENT OR INFORMATION YOU HAVE POSTED AT ANY TIME, WITHOUT NOTICE, IN OUR OWN DISCRETION.

If we terminate or suspend your account for any reason, you are prohibited from registering or creating a new account under your name, a false or assumed name, or the name of a third party, even if you are acting on behalf of the third party. In addition to terminating or suspending your account, we reserve the right to take appropriate legal action, including, but not limited to, pursuing civil, criminal, and injunctive relief.

These Legal Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, with the application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods being expressly excluded. If your habitual residence is in the EU and you are a consumer, you shall also have the protection afforded to you by the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence. FLEX EOOD and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of __________, which means that you may bring an action to protect your consumer protection rights in relation to these Legal Terms in Bulgaria or in the EU country in which you are resident.
